Processing time: 1-2 days 
Shipping time: 3-7 business days 

 

REFUNDS: Once the order has been fulfilled, we do not allow any refunds. Orders will not be refunded after given to Canada Post; we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

SHIPPING: When placing an order, please make sure the address is correct - if needed, *contact us ASAP after order is placed to change the address.

If the order is fulfilled before address change, there will be a charge of $5 to change it. * 

If package is shipped to incorrect address and sent back to Iskwêw Lash Co., there will be a charge of $7 to reship order with correct address. 

 

ORDER: Once the order has been delivered to Canada Post, Iskwêw Lash Co. is no longer responsible for package. Contact mail carrier for more information about your package.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We only allow refunds on products that are received damaged. Contact us for further information.
